Terms and
Conditions for Loyalty Program at Store Located in Sector 57 (Near Artemis),
Gurugram
Start Date of Loyalty Program: 1st April2025
These
Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Atcost
Technology and Services Pvt Ltd (ATSPL) Loyalty Program (“Program”). By
enrolling in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility:
·
The program is only for in-store shopping at our
Wazirabad (Sector 57, Near Artemis Red light) Store and not for online orders.
·
The Program is open to individuals who are 18 years or
older and reside in India.
·
Employees, agents, and representatives of ATSPL and
its affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Program.
2. Enrolment:
·
To enrol in the Program, customers must create an
account in-store by providing name and Mobile phone number.
·
Enrolment is free of charge, and participants must
ensure that their details are accurate and up to date.
3. Earning Points:
·
Points are earned for every eligible purchase made at ATSPL
in-store (“Eligible Purchases”)
·
The members shall earn
points based on their monthly billing based on the table below:

Current conversion ratio:
One Loyalty point equals to Rupee One (1 point = ₹1.00)
·
Points may only be earned on purchases made with a
valid account.
·
Points are not transferable and non-redeemable for
cash, and they are void if the purchase is returned.
·
Customers should ensure that their Mobile Number is
printed on every Purchase Bill.
·
Please ensure to use One Mobile number for all your
purchases since One mobile number is considered as One customer and Points of
different customers cannot be clubbed together.
4. Redeeming Points:
·
The points earned in
the current Calander month shall be available for redemption from the 1st
day of the next Calander month.
·
For each redemption,
OTP shall be sent to your registered Mobile number.
·
Max Points that can be
redeemed is 50% of value of the bill against which the points are being
redeemed. (e.g Against a bill of Rs.1000/- the max points that can be redeemed
in 500)
·
For calculation of
loyalty points, the payments made thru loyalty points or overdue payments shall
not be considered. (e.g. if against a purchase value of Rs.1000 the member uses
200 loyalty points, then only Rs. 800 (Rs1000- 200) shall be added to his monthly
purchase value.)
·
Redemption of points is subject to availability and
specific terms set by ATSPL.
5. Account Maintenance:
·
Participants are responsible for keeping their loyalty
account information up to date.
·
ATSPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate
accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, misuse, or non-compliance with
these Terms and Conditions.
6. Expiration of Points:
·
Points must be used within 6 months after earning them
or they will expire, unless specified otherwise in a promotion.
·
ATSPL will notify participants prior to point
expiration, but it is the participant’s responsibility to track their points.
7. Modifications and Termination:
·
ATSPL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or
terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice.
·
In the event of Program termination, any unredeemed
points will be forfeited.
8. Privacy and Data Collection:
·
By participating in the Program, you agree to the
collection, use, and processing of your personal data in accordance with ATSPL’s
privacy policy.
·
ATSPL will use your data to administer the Program,
communicate with you about rewards, and send promotional materials.
